Have downloaded it on my I Phone but wish I had done it on IPad . Can you download on I pad and log in with details held already or do you have to pay and download a second one

Did you get an email advising you to update? Had one sometime ago advising that the new app was coming but nothing since.

Then the geeks would be out of a job! Back in the day I had a small team working within the printing industry to keep it simple, developing ground breaking magazine management software. This brilliant guy made a presentation of the software development to date. I had employed him from outside the industry. He got to the section management module. It featured 6 page sections for magazine printing because it looked good and fitted the landscape screens better. For those that know the basic structure is multiples of 4 pages, we sat there with our mouths open.

Ok fed up with Camper contact ! When I login it says new version is coming etc but no update option available in the screen :-(

Still got the Campercontact problem . Have to switch off I pad too get old style back as no option to download the new version !
Took me ages to get signed back in and when I had eventually achieved it, found that its a shadow of its former self. Its really clunky and has less info. So I’ve renewed a lapsed membership of “search for sites”..... now that’s better!

Ok I am very stupid but now Campercontact doesn't work at all ! So guess you don't get an option to just update the existing app ?

well just deleted the version which no longer works and tried to download the new version but it seems my I Pad is too old and does not support a version to take the new app !! Offers to download an older version Which it does support but i am guessing is the old one which doesn't work !! Robbing b....... as have not long paid for it !!!

Are you not able to update the version of iOS on your iPAD? It must be pretty old if you can't

It is 9.35 is as far as it will go . I have an Apple Mac which is what I use now but very rarely take away with me . And use the I pad on the move as it does up till now all that I needed . So they should have warned folks before they took their money knowing they were going to upgrade !

To be fair - when you go to the App Store it does say only works with iOS 10 or above - you have to look to find it and they should have made it clearer!

They have just this very minute issued an update addressing some of the issues and now put back in motorhome length and number of places

Yah other half has it too and it downloaded the update as his I Pad is newer ! But ..... won't go past the Start page where you should be able to say you have an existing account . Have switched I Pad off and on again but still frozen at that page ! . Loosing patience fast !!

That's a shame - doesn't help you but following todays update it is working really well on my iPad now and they have put back some missing features. Try deleting the app and reinstalling the latest version from the app store

Thank you for trying to help . Only just bought the version for OH about a week ago ! Pretty mad and guess if I delete and an reinstall then have to pay again ! Not that it is a lot of money but the principal ! Will probably say you already have under this e mail lol He only has one address !

Ok deleted then installed again but still frozen on start page ! Just knew thus would happen as we are away atm . Limited data but in a hotel tonight as van at dealers overnight . Thought yah can use the hotel Internet to download but Sod's law ! Heading off tomorrow till next week so will see how we get on with our french Aires book and park 4 night lol Will try again in the morning though if not will have to wait till home .Why do people have to mess with something which was working perfectly well says OH ( an engineer who doesn't do IT lol )

It doesn’t give the full page on iPhone and the co ordinance numbers use 2 different type of guidance.
