It’s possible to have a converter to provide a van without a Cooker etc one of my Transporters was lined had a reimo rail and a van go drive away awning.
I never intended for more than one or two nights away I have more comfortable and faster to erect tents

This is one converter that is flexible to provide what you need. Part of me thinks the OP may be winding people up no cooker or loo shower etc and as others say it won’t be classed as a camper by the DVLA
