CAMC v CARAVAN GUARD Motorhome Insurance. (1 Viewer)

My renewal has come up for 20/09/2024.
Last year with CAMC, underwritten by Devitt Insurance, including 4 years NCD the price was £340.94, this year with 5 years NCD it's £446.08. A hike in excess of £100.
I shopped around..... NFU £590.54!!
Caravan guard quoted on line at £399 for similar cover to CAMC.
I thought, for the hassle of changing I'll reluctantly stay with CAMC, I rang them and they wouldn't budge from £446.08.
Caravan guard have phoned me back and a young lady has managed to get the price down to £365!
That's much more like it.

Definitely worth a look on line and a wait for a phone call.

Update!!
I’ve used the Ripe 15% club discount and my quote is £319!! That’s outstanding I think. Thanks for organising the discount Jim, this alone has justified at least 4 years of MotorHomeFun membership!!
