CAMC Bunree nil... Mother Nature one

Those that know Bunree will know that large rocks/debris

in photo used to be two rows of pitchs on loch side..
Couple nights ago loch decided it did not have enough room so invaded caravan site... water was nearly up to the toilet block..

They would have been!

Believe the site at Garlieston closed the waterside area pitches last week due to fears of flooding.

Yes still open but foresaw events and closed off relevant pitchs..

Nope.... it's all buried under the stone/rock debris from the shore...

Looks more rustic now and more hard standing pitches, win win for CMC so expect another price increase.
Invercoe campsite much better.

How do you work that one out...More hardstanding pitchs??... the hardstanding pitchs were already there, they are just now covered in rubble..

Not when I was there.Obviously filled the gaps in aswell now

So when was the last time you were there?? I don't remember any grass pitches all the times I have been there...
99 pitchs... 99 hardstanding.. says it all.. no grass pitches..

Could be a bit of a score draw in that whilst all the pitches are hardstanding they're not like Kinlochewe where there is minimal grass between the pitches.

There has always been grass between the front line non-awning pitches at Bunree, or there was until now!
