:Das the title says - anyone done one recently?
Looking for tips and hints or even a link to a handy guide

I looked and thought "no way without a proper workshop" and paid about £250 - twice now. But others in here are made of sterner stuff and have DIYed it. "Officially" there are proper tools needed to lock the pulleys and measure the tension in the belt which put me off, I do things by the book.

I agree with Brian it's really not worth risking getting it wrong

Thanks guys - have done loads of cam belts on other vehicles so this won't pose a problem :)
So......
.......anyone done their own or what?
Tip and/or link to 'how to guide' would be useful

I think that's your cue to do one (y)
OK - when I do it I'll take a few snaps and post a simple 'how to' guide
This however, will need to be exchanged for beer vouchers :drinks:.....
....when we attend the first rally with you guys :)

Tip and/or link to 'how to guide' would be useful

I bought a Fiat workshop manual CD off ebay for a very little money, the official "how to".

Page 184 of the latest MMM gives detailed instructions on changing cambelt on 2.8 engine. Don't know if it's the same as 2.00 Litre.
