The extra rear axle load from loaded rear bike carrier calculation is:-

R = L x D ÷ W.

R = rear axle load in kg.
L = weight of the load in kg.
D = distance between the carrier load centre and the front axle (cm).
W = wheelbase of the vehicle (cm).

Example, scooter and rack weigh 150kg multiply by 650cm, the distance to the front axle from the centre of the rear rack (scooter tyres) to the wheel hub, then divide the result 97,500 by the motorhome wheelbase of 400cm = 243.75kg. This is the effect that the rear load leverage will have on the rear axle so around 93.75kg more than the actual weight of the scooter and rear rack which could put you over the rear axle limit.
