I phoned customer services this afternoon and when the operator looked on the system, it said it had not been despatched, so she has emailed the stores to 'get their finger out'. But if several of us are waiting, I guess we are dependant on when the supplier get the goods to the stores!

Me too, made me wonder if I had missed the delivery which is why I asked if others had received theirs. I am guessing they have under estimated the interest and awaiting fresh stock.

Spoke to someone on live chat yesterday as I have now been waiting 11 days, turns out it is out of stock at the moment.
I was informed I will receive an e-mail when they have received stock, hope this helps everyone.

Spot on - exactly right - we all should have had emails advising of the delay. People usually don’t mind waiting if they are kept updated.

Euro Car Parts must rate as one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. No explanation as to why goods haven't been delivered, no response to any email asking what is happening and when they will be delivering the items.
