I think the restriction I heard was 5 miles or further unless there are services within 5 miles which makes sense otherwise you get people stretching it.

Thank heaven for that at least I now have a good excuse not to visit those bloody awful south Wales people I have had the misfortune to bump into.

Or even worse, those Cockney speaking infiltrators that move to South Wales from England

They come here, take full advantage of living in a stunningly beautiful place, ride their motorbikes on the superb roads, take up space on the wonderful beaches, spend time walking/biking in the mountains, chase women, drink far too much, don't learn the language & treat the place as if it was their own
