Burstner Elegance
Hi all, first post. I recently purchased a 2010 burstner elegance i821 on a fiat ducato 3.0, It supposed to have heated front seats.. I can see the switch and it has wires going to it but doesn't heat up, my obviously thought is the fuse... except i can't find the fuse!! I've searched and searched online and asked everywhere but can't find the answer to where the fuse should be.. does anyone have any ideas? Pics attached and THANK YOU

I have seen your enquiry over on Facebook..
I dont think that switch is for a seat heater !! and dont believe a salesman, mine said i didnt have solar panels. Guess what, 2 of them on the roof

Anyway,.. Back over on the Burstner facebook group you will find at the top a "files" section. In there is the manual, labeled as i800 but covers most of the Elegance range. Page 52 shows the seat heater as optional and the thumbwheel switch is located down on the side of the seat. NOT on the dashboard.. (y)

The switch is on the side of the seat, the switch on the dashboard i was talking about was regarding the central locking (Or lack of), I believe the switch is for the heated seats just can't find where the fuse is

They may have been retro fitted by a previous owner, who then removed them before sale? But left the switch?

We have the identical switches on our Hymer seats and definitely seat heating ... I'm sorry but can't help with fuse positions.

Found it! just incase anyone else ever needs to fine it, its in the locker next to the eblock theirs an added fuse box next to it.

So they now work.. well passanger works fine on both settings, driver on setting 1 will heat the bottom part of the seat only and on setting 2 will heat the back of the seat only.. hmmmm
