As title - looking for a possible source for Burstner 686 Rear Light surround ?
I will try to attach an image to show the part I am looking for...(both sides needed)
Anyone have some - or any possible source ?

We have the same surrounds on our i681. The lawyer came off. Had them stripped and resprayed now as good as new.

Yes - the issue is the paint is peeling off - makes them look proper shabby - I had wondered whether to get them painted or whether it would be easier to find a pair of good ones - if you don't mind saying - where did you have them painted (was it an acceptable job ?) & what did it cost ?

(any idea how they were stripped ? - I could probably repaint myself - but stripping them looks to be an issue)

I had them done in Morocco with the front light surrounds, front valance and one side valance. Total cost £150, obviously not comparable to UK prices!! However the guy just took the rear surrounds off, detached the electrics and off he went. To be honest once they are off I suspect a local paint shop would do them for a reasonable cost. Ours came up a treat and it’s really improved the overall look.
