Broken locker handle

Just out of curiosity how old is your van , if you don’t mind me asking.
(if you do no problem)

i was suprised that our lock went as it’s just over three years old. Although van had been on dealers site for nearly a yeas so had been tested!

Also think the other one is on the way out

No problem 161 2016 model and now i would say the other one is on the way out also 3 in total on van bad batch

Suspect poor design somehow.
ours were on the ski locker door so a bit of a streach to reach. resulting in some down force, plus the door is held stiffly by the seal, so dosen't just open easily.

on the Chausson facebook group others have said they use a suction device( car dent puller ....maybe) to open the door once unlocked to avoid pressure on the handles.
