I have been using Broadband Go's SIM in my Maxview Roam quite successfully for a year. Renewed the subscription in June, then suddenly had a whole rake of problems with not being able to get internet. Seemed to have got it sorted, but now they are sending constant message saying I'm out of data and need to buy more. App disagrees, but will not take payment to purchase further data.
Have tried over and over to get some sort of explanation, but just get stupid Chatbot, which can't answer the question, but sends me articles to read which do not address the problem then says it can't help .
Representative / Agent has not been in touch.
Has anyone else had problems ? Have they gone bust ? Does anyone have one of those old fashioned things known in a former world as a telephone number ?
When it works, it works well - it's just all the email nagging and unresponsiveness that is driving me crazy.
