Brittany Ferries - odd one - not charged? (1 Viewer)

Wondering what is going on here....

Booked a ferry crossing last week, paid, and my credit card had the correct/full amount in "pending" which is quite normal for a day or three then it goes to the normal statement.

Checked yesterday and today, but the transaction has vanished - not on statement, not in pending.

My email ticket says paid, online says paid, and nothing left to do?

Ticket is "standard".

No other emails....?

Anyone had similar?

Sadly its not a £1000+ motorhome to Spain, but a motorbike to France so a bit more reasonable!

Thought it better be safe than turn up and turned away.

As it happens, something weird has gone on.

The transaction has now appeared on the credit card statement, dated 4 April, but in the wrong place - everything else is in date order, but this appears in between other transactions. Never seen that happen before.

But panic over.
