Bordeaux & Rouen central stopover

Hi all, just planning our return route back from the south of France next year. Was thinking about a night in both above, close enough for a bike ride into both centres. Any ideas? Thanks

Also, from memory as we haven't done it, the Seine cycle way goes through Rouen but I can tell you jumieges is too far away for us !

Very nice aire in rouen on the marina, short bike ride down the Seine to the city centre. Has ehu and showers if you need them
