For those planning a visit I thought to add some useful tips:-

1) To do it properly you need more than a day. Your ticket allows entry for a year after your first entrance.
2) Motorhome parking is easy , on-site , you will be directed to some hard standing, probably also the coach park.
3) We stayed at https://www.olddairyfarmmk.co.uk/ which is a 10min drive away. Not exceptional and about the price one would expect but ok for a couple of nights.

Hope this helps , it's a fascinating place.

Since 2008 & many years tugging
We did it a couple of years ago managed to time it right to get on a very information lecture with a bit of a tour on the first day. Found a nice wild spot for the night a few miles away.
