We had a rental confirmed and deposit paid (now lost).
So yes we will now use Billy.

That pic was at the top of The Grossglockner Pass. Going down is more froughtful than going up as the brakes were very close to catching fire, had to stop 3/4 times to let them cool. Remember i was towing a car on a trailer so the additional weight wouldn't have helped.
Loved it but.

No, he has spent the last 2 months on a dealers forecourt for sale.
We decided that as it had not sold we would bring him back, so we went down in the car on Wed for a few days in a cottage.......pics to follow.....then picked billy up this am.

Our brakes were ok, but 3rd gear doing up, 2nd gear coming down... (on a lighter van)

Did the same on that road towing a tmax on a trailer. We had to stop too and a very nice German gave us an apple
