Our Swift has an internal concertina blind for the windscreen and quilted silver reflective blinds which ‘popper’ onto the cab side windows. In Spain, the cab area was always notably warmer and during our travels, we saw someone who also had internal blinds put a simple reflective car windscreen cover on the outside under the wipers.

I thought that was a good idea and bought a truck size one (220cm x 80cm) off of Temu for £4.69 free delivery 👍

(For £11.69 I could have bought one that was long enough to include the side windows as well)!

Although I could cut it to size and insert it between the windscreen and blinds mechanism I will probably just plonk it on the outside, held in place with the wipers and tucking the ends in the doors - a bit of trial and error methinks!

I have Silverscreen and it’s been excellent. Wouldn’t be without it on our trips

I’ve had Taylormade long cover and Silver Screens short but just bought this week another Silver Screens short. Fabulous quality and great customer service.

Way I view a screen cover is go for the best you can afford. I have Taylor made yes it’s a case of pay for quality. Fantastic quality buy cheap buy twice.

Both sets of screens I've owned have had the pull down panel joined with heavy duty velcro. Some makes have an additional 'privacy' net over the windscreen area.

I have Silverscreens , pull down panel in the middle with Velcro , you can adjust the height of the panel to suit for privacy and light during the day. I had them for my Autotrail Apache with long arm mirrors , but fit my CV20 panel van with short arm mirrors which saved me a few quid if I had to buy new ones.
