Best location for LPG external filler point.

I am just about to fit an external LPG filler point to my new to me Hymer Exsis 504 which has the gas bottle Iocker in the garage. Am I ok putting through the outer wall feeding into the gas locker at waist height as opposed to on the skirt.

As long as the hole is with the area of the locker so if any leak it will fall through the drop vents, should be ok. It’s better to avoid the actual door itself as this will cause the pipe to flex every time the door is opened.
