Bespoke table top required

I will no problem.arrives Monday fitting Tuesday pics to follow.

Yes initially I thought yes £400 is expensive but it’s solid teak and it slides from 580mm width to 340mm width that makes a huge difference in the space to move freely in the lounge area of my motorhome. I wish though that it being an a class motorhome it would have been nice if the original manufacturer come up with the great design of a size reducing table top.
Are they not made for the boating community? If you thought Motorhoming was an expensive pastime, try boating!

New table top ordered arrives Monday
We have similar table from same company ,and have mentioned before, next you should consider a Zwaardski removal pedestal which makes the world of difference. Again not cheap but excellent quality, we had parts from Norfolk Marine. When I removed our existing table I discovered a rather large hole where a previous owner had had one fitted.

I am going to use the existing pedestal as it’s quite clever in its operation ie it allows different sliding and spinning movement.

See how you the new one suits but it is nice sometimes to have no table and plenty of floor space. The tops come untreated so you need to give a few coats first. Good move.

As promised pictures of the finished table.it took a bit of cutting and welding of the original metal pedestal but I liked the ability to slide the table top into different positions.
