Bernie Ecclestone charged with fraud over assets worth £400m

Different world isn't it joe where money is of no importance.
We were given free M&M's, they should have been delivered with their initials on them so they didn't want them. :ROFLMAO:
Yeah, I have worked for those born into money, those who have earned it by hard work, and then those who have had it given to them, (footballers & wives, entertainers, sports "personalities etc, and i know who i would rather work for any day, The ones who know how to treat people and those who appreciate hard work,

I didn’t read the whole thing but noticed he lives with his third wife, he’s 91 and has a 2 year old son, wonder who helped him out with that 😂😂😂😂😂
When your that rich you can afford to pay some one to help you off afterwards..😁😁😁BUSBY.

It's quite amazing how many people really hate rich people & it doesn't seem to matter if they are self-made or inherited.
I don't really subscribe to that train of thought, the bit that galls me in this case, is that the guy is rolling in money, but still wants to defraud the state (if he is indeed guilty) & is willing to risk his liberty to have a few extra £sss in his coffers.

I remember chatting from a completely ignorant stance with a rather tattily dressed old lady about the Falabella horses that were being shown. She clearly knew her stuff and was delighted to educate me about it. Thanked her for the time and said that they were a credit to their owner. They were all hers and it was her gaff. Lady Fisher, Kilverstone Hall. Once she found out what I did at the time (master mariner and keen on fuels) of course it was her Grandfather who pioneered not only the dreadnought but also oil fired boilers for warships and it was my then employers who invented the testing for it. A nicely closed circle…..

Lovely lady. No pretensions at all. Old money 👍

Once worked for a self made millionaire in finance, who had properties all over the world, when working on his villa in the South of France, i once had the opportunity to take Sue with me for a week, I asked him if i could take Sue round the villa and show her our work, he not only showed her round himself, and then took us to dinner at the hotel he and his wife were staying in "Hotel-du-Cap !!!, what a great host and man !!
