Benidorm 2023

Last night was our first night out watching Tribute acts. We were more than impressed by what we saw. Adele and Pink. Both very, very good with Pink outstanding and we will watch her again. Our last act before heading back to our apartment was Tony Scott, a comedian who had the crowd and us in stitches, a very, very funny man. Well done Benidorm, great fun.

Where in Benidorm did you see these acts?

Sorry just read your other post (y)

After a couple of iffy days we spent the day on the beach here in Fuerteventura. Temperature in the low 20s and very very nice. Proper sun. Only an extra hour or so on your flight time.
Its an extra 2 hours on flight times from Newcastle. 4.5 hours instead of 2.5 hours. Makes a big difference when the seats are as hard as hell and you have a bad back. We did Tenerife last year with Ryanair and swore not to do it again.

Thanks Phil. I am just browsing holiday websites as we fancy a nice short break in the sun but don’t want to fly as far as the Canaries. How long you staying in Beni?
Were her for 6 weeks in total Mike. with 1.1/2 weeks gone. In an apartment this time and very close to Villasol. The weather is on the up now, only up by a few degrees but according to my app which is very good were moving into consistently warm afternoons and blue skies. The campsites appear to be rammed and I've never seen so many people using walking canes in one location. Mena says hello.

Guy's are we still on for tomorrow night ? Can someone please confirm one way or other. !
Also, is it one long communal Funster table or where ever you can squeeze in. I'm assuming as numbers were asked for well in advance plus menu options were all sitting together ???

A bit cooler here today, overcast and spitting with rain. El Raco is quite nice, but then again Arena Blanca is, La Torretta was okay apart from the occasional flood, Villamar and Villasol are not useable for us with dogs, but I have stayed on Villamar a few times before we had dogs and it was okay.
Enjoy Graham! We had 5 weeks away down the east coast and the weather was bang on in the mid 20's. On our way home from San Sebastian towards Tours, the weather changed and was blowing a hooley but it looks like we missed the worst of it. Got back in the UK on the 18th and it was chilly....
