I can't get the heating to work (Truma) gives me an error E122H which I thing is something to do with the gas valve?

It does this even if I switch to Mix 1/2 or elec 1/2 (MH is on EHU at home)

The clean water supply is ok, taps working g etc
The 3 red taps under the bed are turned on (I think)
Do I need the water pump on? Gives the error pump on or off.
Gas bottle is turned on and Hob works.
I can't see any switches or taps on the boiler itself.

The way in which the MH was purchased was in such a way that I didn't get a traditional "Hand over" so am absolutely clueless as to how most things operate

Make sure nothing tripped and leisure battery charged etc

Is the window above the flue open...mine wont run on gas until the window is shut and electrosensor operates?
I got caught out by this one in the summer. if you have opened the window above the gas cupboard there is a little reset in the sill (which fell out on mine) and just needed pushing in. Sorted in no time at all

@Bepto did you manage to sort the problem out?
No, at work until Monday now. Got another 2x fuses to try and will possibly change the gas bottle, if that fails its dealer time I think.

Make sure you try the window as pointed out previously before you go. A little trip switch in the window above the flue in the sill. You can just push it in with your finger while someone else tries the heater. 5 second job to see if this is where the fault might lie

Don't see any trip switches on any of the windows. Tried changing the 10a fuse on the boiler today got it out & it looked fine but dropped it while trying to put it back in, now can't locate it as its fell under all the pipework under the bed. Booked it into Brownhills so hopefully will be sorted in a few weeks.

Just a possibility:
Is it a diesel heater? If so, you need to make sure that your fuel tank is fairly full.
