This afternoon we put a deposit down on our first motorhome! We pick up our new to us 2003 Autocruise Wentworth on Oct 4th.

There must be something in the air, we are collecting ours in a week or so. We travelled to Basingstoke to try out skydiving and ended up buying a van on the way home !!
As posted, I, too feel a thrill of excitement when I think of what we have done. Jim, someone else gave us your advice, I thought they were joking !!

Congratulations. We collected ours 3 weeks ago, tried it out last weekend at a localish site but now can't wait to go away again in a couple of weekends time. Even the thought of autumn and winter is not putting us off. Enjoy!

Congratulations... Where you going first in it?

Well the plan is to pick it up and have the day driving it then home, we think a night at home in it might be a good idea. Southport is going to be our first meet.
