I’ve had a look through old posts. I appreciate folk have differing views on BBQing, which models, gas or charcoal, and also recognise many cannot be bothered with the cleaning.
We have a Weber Q1200 and use it extensively. Previously it wasn’t too onerous to clean when on campsites, but now on aires or wild camping it is a bigger problem. Any views on how to clean in the absence of unlimited hot water and someone else’s sink?
