Saw these last year on site in Itaaly and said that looks just what we need. Anybody got any views? Are they a godsend or another (never to be used again) piece of rubbish? What type have you got/recommend? We have a Fiamma 45s I think about 3.75m.

All of the above mentioned sun shades should work - Flexishades https://flexishades.co.uk/are the best that we tried as effective in reducing wind & sun, well made, flexible & compact to store & they can be used in a variety of ways including as a door fly screen as shown in post #2 here https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/foru...nd-out-awnings-hab-doors.227994/#post-4109117

Minster Polar, who make excellent silver screen covers, have their own version https://polartechnologies.co.uk/products/wind-blocker-sun-shade?variant=43097734938802 which may be an another option to consider as they can make variable sizes which may suit some.

We've had the Fiamma front sun shade for about 7 years, wouldn't be without it.

Decent sun block and gives a bit of privacy we English crave.

Good quality too.

We bought three Flexishades ,and with the two awning slots they work a treat.
That's what I fancied doing but couldn't tell whether the website was still operating or even how long delivery was so bought a full length one on Amazon that's coming today. If I can get a flexishades delivery well before my next holiday I could always send the Amazon one back.

As a matter of interest and hopefully not appearing too cheeky, as I'm currently looking at the Amazon ones, which one did you go for? TIA.

Tentproinc.com. Most are only about 6ft high. These do heights up to 8ft which allow angling it out for more room.

I was dubious about these as we only stay a few days on any pitch and want the minimum bother, but last year in Italy they would have definitely been worth the effort.
