Autosleeper Nuevo control panel issues (2 Viewers)

We are on Isle of Mull and our control panel / electrics is having issues. This is an AS 2022 model with Sargent newish panel on it

• The issue seemed to start when my neighbour switched off our electric by mistake
• The control panel remains on with bright light (all night)
• The panel goes from on to off but the backlight lcd remains on
• I have tried taking out electric hookup but issues remain
• I also tried disconnecting leisure batter but issues remain
• I will send picture / video in reply to this. Would hate to cut holiday short

Any help would be much appreciated. Being a Sunday Sargent are closed?

I don't know exactly what's happened, but it looks like the panel firmware has got itself into an unrecoverable state and needs a reset - the classic 'turn it off and turn it on again' thing. I don't know how to reset this panel. Anyone else have a clue? It might be in the menu somewhere. If the menus aren't working then maybe you could find a way to cut the power to it for a few seconds. Even then, it might have a small battery on the circuit board that prevents a full reset unless you know how to do it.
