Hi Ray,
unfortunately we have fully booked up our Funster allocation.

However, the allocation we have booked up to the limit is specifically for an area 'reserved' for the Funsters, the rest of the venue may have a few spaces left - though not many I believe.

Not to let you down, can I suggest you contact Terry :notworthy2:(details of Cotham Park RFC further up both this thread) and if he has any spaces left at the venue get the booking form in and if you do get a space then we can hold you on our reserve list - if a Funster space becomes available through cancellation and/or we get offered any more pitches, then in you fit.

Although I cannot guarantee it, if you book yourself in you will never be more than a rugby pitch or two away from the Funsters (at worse) and you can still join in our Fun, and some say debauchery - you will be more than welcome. It's just a parking spaces/pitches issue.

Hi All,
unfortunately one of our fun loving Funsters who was booked in with us is now unable to attend - sad for us all (I'm sure they will be along to let you know).

This now leaves a space that another Funster can fill who has a reservation at the venue but unfortunately was unable to get in the Funster area. Anyone interested in this newly available space please get in touch ASAP with their booking details and we can go from there.

Oh' so sad when one of our own is unable to come along.:cry:

no probs with you old chap (from one Welshman to another), you are booked in - just one of our Funster team is unable to join us and has been booked in for some time. Unfortunately Bertie Basset is unable to come along so offering his place to any Funster already booked into the venue but who was unable to get into the Funster area.

This meet has been booked up for quite some time - the bookings (as in the official rally thread - this one) were booked through Cotham RFC (as the other 38 have done). However, until recently we have been fully booked up but one has unfortunately had to cancel, so there is a space for an already booked in Funster that was unfortunate not to get on our Funster area.
Are you booked in with the Rugby Club? if you are then we could ensure you are in the Funster area, if not then whoever has booked in previously has the first chance - please ensure you are aware of the requirements in both the Official Rally and potential rally thread. Not too sure who requested via the RSVP list as this is not really connected with the meet and not seen any correspondence from you, about this meet, in the past.

If you are already booked into the actual site (as in having received confirmation from Terry at Cotham Park RFC) then we may be able to squeeze you into the Funster pitch space that is now vacant (one of our Funsters had something crop up and is unable to attend).
If you are not actually booked in on the site, I have been advised the site is now full and no more bookings can be accepted. Let me know.

just checked out the Cotham Park RFC website (link below). Try getting in touch via their site to see if they can get you in at all - you will note at the bottom of the webpage that there are some available dates.

if anyone cant make this can we please have your space as some of you know Diane is recovering from breast cancer and has just completed her radium treatment and shes not sure if she can manage our grandson who we are bring with us. Due to the situation our son hasnt booked to go away that weekendas we wasnt sure what was going to happen and were now hoping he can come along with us in his vw camper

If you, or anyone else, cannot get booked in with fun at the balloon festival be aware some of us will be either with the MCC or the public Camping at BS41 9LU. This is just opposite the main entrance to Ashton Court.

I am going down to the MCC pre meet at BS48 3QT today, there are already a couple of funsters on that site.

If there are any late messages we won't get them because we are setting off today for Cricklade to see son and eldest granddaughter. Couldn't print off the programme but will arrive sometime Thursday morning.

my wife and i would like to thank whoever it was who has donated us their ticket we have both had a little cry at the generousity of people on fun thank you very much we will donate the fees we would have paid to a cancer charity
