Rally [Aug 20, 2015] THE BRING AND BUY BACK TO BASICS (The Cotton Arms)

To all those below. There is no reserve list I'm afraid as per usual we are oversubscribed. However, we will be asking for payment soon and when we do things may change.

:eek: I thought you were planning to publish the reserve list in March and that we must be somewhere near the top by now. Is there any possibility or should we make other plans? :rolleyes:

If anyone "drops out" I would like to be in the reserve list where ever it is................(y)
 
We have altered our plans now and will be back from Europe earlier, so if you have a number of people drop out could we please be on the reserve list? Thank you!
 
Thank's for the numerous PM's complaint's and general observations of what we are not doing correct... However I do sadly have that other thing to do called work and it's all under control so don't panic :rolleyes:
Thank's to Pat1951 for stepping in to help with the pitch marking and parking Jag, loves a little help (y)

In only a couple of weeks, Nikki will be sending out the payment requests to all these on the list below.
Shortly after we will add those others looking for a space.

If you are on the list and can not/dont want to/ make it then please PM me. I have plenty awaiting a space.

The Rally will run from Thursday - Monday with all vans having to leave by Mid day Monday. No arrivals prior to Midday on the Thursday please and no private negotiations with the venue please this serves to make things very complicated.

Thursday will be a general relaxation day (for you) with informal get togethers,
Friday Evening - will be welcome night with cocktails and laughter
Saturday- from 11 am will be the Bring and Buy. No hot dog van's commercial traders or sneak previews.
Saturday evening from 5 will be mixed food night, A chance to bring over to a big table some nibbles and eat.
Saturday night will be entertainment night
Sunday AM will be breakfast by Cadac-
Sunday will be chill out night.

Ok the list above is the most up to date list I have.

I have sent a PM out requesting payment but some people may not of had it, but don't worry I know who you are.

The instructions were quite simple and involved not replying to the whole conversation but just to myself if you needed too. I don't need a PM to say you've paid although it's always nice to hear from you of course.

All we need is for you to follow the instructions. Can I just make it clear that I will not be posting my personal email address on a thread along with my home address for cheque payments and neither am I able to have the time to send 90+ individual PM's out to people.

Due to a change in our circumstances we will be unable to attend sadly.
