Good point, but, I forgot to mention it has 4 belted seats, The two rear seats are individual seats facing forwards with their own small tables. ( ideal for tablet or laptop. )

there seem to be quite a few around for about £30k, like this one

I had a look at it today and there was another 2008 model with about 12,000 on the clock for £1,000 more:

i'm just wondering how much newer i could get for a max budget of £40k?
