I agree with the general consensus, I would put it clearly on the first page with the general information that in the case of the reserve list you will be notified if you make the attendance list tand if you have not responded in x number of days the next person on the list will be offered the place that way you wouldn't need to chase anyone.

lets be honest about all rallies and meets ,if they are interested in attending ,then they should keep an eye out for any messages or alerts on fun at least 3 times a week so in my book 72 hrs and thats it there will always be someone else that will take there place ,its not our job to chase people that cant be bothered to just have a peep a few times a week ,good luck
