We are planning to buy a motor home to start the big trip in the summer. Is there any point going to this show if we don't own a van? Seems like everyone is going with one.
Advice appreciated.
 
We're all going there to camp for the weekend but if you haven't got a MH yet that would be difficult for you ::bigsmile:

You can go along for the day, there will be lots of MHs for sale for you to see and you can visit the Motorhome Fun area and say hello while you are there (y)

Hi Jackie, welcome to the fun house!

Definitely worth going to this show, you won't see more MHs in one place in the UK than at this show, if you haven't already decided which MH you want this is the ideal way to look at lots of them, both new and used, to see what suits you and some of the offers on MHs can be very, very good indeed. There's nothing to stop you using a caravan or even a tent to be able to stay for a few days if you want so you really get the most out of the show. Alternatively staying at a local B&B would allow you to visit for a couple of days at least as day visitors however as you're in Norfolk you're not that far away anyway so could travel there and back a couple of times. We love it and have only missed it once in recent years ... it's just a great show and we get to mingle with lots of funsters too.

Hi Jackie, welcome as has been said this is were you will see one of the largest displays of vans anywhere, if I was you I would become a full member of fun (£10) then you can ask as many questions as you want, maybe get a good idea of what you would like before you go, then come over to fun get one of the funsters to have a look with you, someone is always willing to help, do some research ask questions and enjoy :welc:

I would hope so. We are going but we don't have a van either. The expectation would be to finalise which one we want to buy.

there will lots of funsters there wearing their badges. if you see one just stop us and talk to us.

Jackie, due to the strict security and rules which Warners apply at their Shows, as a day visitor, you will be issued a different coloured wrist band to those of us camping there, and you may not be permitted into the camping area to visit FUN. However, Jim & Sian will have their FUN trading stand in the show area itself, where you will be made very welcome. (y) Have a tea/coffee and a chat with many of us who congregate there through out the day, and you'll get the answers to most of your MH related questions at the same time. :)

Can we sign up for all of it to get the right wrist band?
I think we will defo want to be able to visit the camp site to see the vans of the people we meet (if they invite us)
