I know booking has closed but what are the chances of the organisers letting someone pay on the gates and park up with us ?

The chances are NONE

The following is contained within the marshalls pack issued by the organisers:

"Any members who pay on arrival will be parked in the non booked general area - DO NOT accept non-booked members as the space you have been allocated is for pre-booked only."

So if someone attempts to join our area without a ticket marked for MH Fun and is not on warners pre booked list, then we have to turn them away, Warners are quite strict on this.

We're already booked on I was asking for a friend ' it's not a problem it's just I know with some shows you can pay on the gate and join MHF

I think the difference is that the Warners shows tend to be more popular than those run by other companies so the club allocated areas are sized according to the number of bookings in order to maximise available general space. At less popular shows there tends to be more space than needed so flexibility is possible.

Hi anyone going to Peterborough able to update my Chinese sat nav for me with the latest pois etc on the data card ? I'll provide a beer or two :-)

Hi Peter, no problem, name badges now won't be in your welcome pack as they were all made at the weekend. However, if you need some, come along the stand 141 and we'll make them for you there (y)
 
We had registered to come (haven't got van yet were going to B and B)
However I broke my shoulder in a ski accident recently and haven't had the go ahead for driving yet so regretfully we are not coming.
We'll have to meet many of you at other rallies once we set off in September,
Not sure if I should officially notify anyone else we are not coming or will this post do?
