Me neither. Elaine was commenting on my prowess only this morning, said something about my being a cunning linguist ... I hope I've got the spelling right, they're tricky blighters these tongue twisters ...Thankfully not required … but is in Germany!
The vet was our son’s vet at La Praz near Chamonix. Can I ask for more details - which vet did you visit, costs, vaccination used and duration of vaccine?
I'm inclined to agree with this, it's the only one I pay for.Best app by far is search for sites.
I keep trying SfS but they seem to focus more on campsites and not Aires. P4N is my choice normallyBest app by far is search for sites.

Met a German couple in France who loved Search4SitesI'm inclined to agree with this, it's the only one I pay for.
It's particularly good in the UK too, whereas Camper Contact is lacking, but when touring Europe I tend to use all three of the main ones.
Really are you looking at the right APP or have a filter on as it seems to have every Aire in France?I keep trying SfS but they seem to focus more on campsites and not Aires. P4N is my choice normally
We got our French pet passport on or around the 15th September. The I-CAD registration was done at the vets and there is a copy to post, a copy for the issuing vet and a copy for us. We had been in the country 4 days and the vet knew when we’re going home, so no chance of the dog being in France for 3 months. The vet was most insistent that we kept the AHC and told me to make sure that the vet giving the worming tablet for returning home filled in and stamped both the AHC and the new passport.Good luck to anyone trying to get french pet passports now. We arrived via Dieppe on 11th and have so far visited 4 vets spread over the country. All have said Non, with varying degrees of reasons. Mostly- you need an Icad registration, you need a French address, the dog needs to be in the country for more than three months, you need to give up the AHC whilst Icad registration is being processed. The best English speaking vet explained that they were informed not to issue passports somewhere around 6/7th Sept. We have met several other tourers who have managed to obtain them but all started the process pre 7th Sept. We may route via Belgium on the way back if we find anyone who has had any success there.
Thanks for this info - where did you go please. We tried Dieppe, la Mailleraye near Massiac, Aix an Provence and Cavalaire. We did use our sons address but the vet seemed to think a campsite address would have sufficed.
Edit, I’ve just checked and the passport was issued on the 14th September. If I remember correctly the whole process took around 30 minutes.
It did cost me €140 this did include the Rabies vaccine which was useful as it brought the revaccination date into September and this is when we’re normally in this area.
