Applying for French Crit Air sticker/pass

Good morning,
We are travelling to Paris in a few weeks and are at a loss trying to compel re the form to acquire this sticker. It’s all good until it asks us for our CO2 in g/km and the Euro standard but we have no clue. The French website says it is on the V5 form but these sections are blank. Please can you offer any advice? If not, would you know where we can go for help? I messaged the French agency that provides them and their response was “fill in all relevant sections” . Is it a motoehome or a car. If motorhome will find the information on the coc form if car use the govt info on emissions.

Just leave the Co2 section blank,
motorhome is class M1. Official site is

Fill in what info you have and upload a pdf of your log book and they will sort it from that. If you check the form the bottom 3 questions are not mandatory.

As said. Leave it blank and sent copy of V5. They sort it from there be quick otherwise may not arrive in time, especially with the royal mail !!

Just got one for car took 10 days from application to dropping through the letter box.
Make sure your using the official French government site lot's of site's who look official but charge a arm and leg.

I applied for a replacement sticker today following a recent windscreen replacement. Like you I had the warning about how to go on if you have a retrofit. Since it doesn't apply to us I just hit the "continue" button and completed my application. I expect you have found the same by now.

Sussed it! I was applying for the Crit air stickers via my Ipad, you can only apply via a computer or laptop for some reason.
