Anyone seen these levellers before?

Parked up at the Aire in Dieppe for a few hours and this pvc came in, never seen these before, looks like they’re on a frame attached to the chassis.

They look a bit bulky don’t they i would think the payload would be affected quite a bit

Caravan style. Can't understand why these aren't more common. Should be a doddle to fit compared with hydraulic systems.

When we had caravans Sorry I swear never to say that again..
We had them...but used them to steady the van not level it up...

Look like they work ok and if bolted to the chassis would be easy to transfer to the next vehicle, also looks like motorized

Looking at them a bit more closely they look like a steady wth a motor to wind them up an down so don’t think they would be much good on a 4500kg van for levelling

They quote them as stabilisers which they look like, he’s certainly using them to level as front wheels are 6 inches off the ground.

They are steadies, two were on the rear of our first motorhome.
You use a handle to wind them up/down. They don’t level the van.

They are steadies, two were on the rear of our first motorhome.

We had steadies on our Adria due to the overhang, they stopped the bounce while parked up. Although these look like steadies they’re more substantial and in twos our steadies were individual to each other.

They look a bit beefier than steadies. If they were just steadies, they probably wouldn't need the feet plates. That American site claims 6000lb lift for large RVs.

I assume that's to support one axle. So enough for most European motorhomes.

It's your eyes, they look identical to me.

Looking at the construction they are steadies not levellers. If one side were to collapse, I think he could end up with a twisted chassis.

Yeah, I couldn't see the cross member. I've seen a similar product before where the fronts were independent units, but they were facing longitudinal rather than transversely.

Not the same ones but similar.
They describe them as steadies then go on about lifting the van. Also they work independently, all the hydraulic levellers work in pairs so the chassis doesn't get twisted. And did you notice all the weight is taken on what looks like an 8mm bolt.

I don’t know if the weight is all taken on an 8mm bolt or not but I do know that they have not collapsed yet as I am looking at them right now

Perhaps, if they are American, or are or intended for US RVs, someone has assumed RWD, so putting them on the front allows the possibility of driving off, and ripping out your floor etc! ( --that would be entertaining!-- )
If they cant self level, they probably don't have sensors for "home" position either.
