Correct. There is nothing on the government website that says you can't stay overnight in Tier 1 when travelling from Tier 2 yet people are quoting it. It would depend on your situation.

Sorry for hijacking your thread.
Would it be possible to pick your brain about rules and regulations for motorcaravan / living van.

I've spoken to you before many years ago when I first purchased the vehicle I think 2016.

I've read afew bits on online and wondering if I could try get dvla to change it to motorcaravan ect.

The volvo tractor unit is registered as PHGV and trailer just a caravan. Any advice would be appreciated.
