Anyone buy at the NEC?

I’m lucky I have friends who tolerate me licking the windows of their Morelos:rofl:

Although to be fair they just haven’t caught me yet:Grin:
Why would they if you are consistently washing their windows for them!

If somebody hasn’t got the money now they might have in 5 or 10 years time and a lot of us have long memories, we bought our Palace party because of how we were treated when we turned up at the factory on our tandem😀 OK it took us 5 years to make our minds up.
With the way it's going by the time one ordered now is ready for delivery the 5 years will have passed so they'll have the money! :giggle:

Went yesterday (Saturday) and as others have reported not too crammed despite being sold out. We would also have loved to have bought the Carthargo Liner for 2. Available as well if you have the £185k spare. Which we don’t. I now see the point of the A Class with the drop down bed in the space above the cab seats, making in effect a double ended van. Great show we’ll go again. Bought a Westfalia bike rack and some other bits and bats.

We walked into that Carthargo and I was confused for a minute - where was the steering wheel??!! That was very well done and a really good use of space. Don't see why that couldn't be done in a cheaper/smaller A class.

Can't have a removable steering wheel with an airbag. The smaller chassis like Ducato, Transit & Sprinter all have air bags.

Martin, you put yourself down, because that tandem was carrying a lot of knowledge gleaned from research and other factory visits - they could spot that. When I go on my factory visits I will start off with 'Do you know my friend Martin .....? Well he has given me a list of questions'. Is that a good start?

Martin, I am not taking the piss, because if I have the time to collate all the info on the up-market models, from the chassis variations upwards, that you have disseminated on forums over the years it would fill a volume.

And will they honour a fixed price;) saying that you would be ordering a MORELO from their 2023 price list.

It does make a big difference as it allows the drivers seat to properly turn around and become part of the lounge,

Watched the TV show version, no crowds and could sit sipping a glass of vino in peace and quiet.
Having said that, why do TV presenters seem to think the 'only' campervans anyone ever wants are V-Dubs !!
Glad I recorded them. Managed to get through both in about 10 minutes.

I was tempted by one of those shower taps with the ceramic beads in, but didn't buy in the end
We love our one, it doesn't save any water but it does give you a vey nice soft shower.

Yes, I'm wishing I'd bought one now
Maybe Amazon will come to the rescue
