Any Imala owners (3 Viewers)

Are there any Imala owners who have a user manual for the built-in Microwave (Russell Hobbs ) ?
We can't for the life of us make ours heat anything !
Nor can I find a model number so I can't even G**gle for help
Any help appreciated

Sorry to say it's not the one - it looks so similar but when I zoomed in the text under the buttons looks different.
Ours is like a mirror finish but I can't seem to attach my photo

Try contacting Russel hobbs they may help

That may just be a different finish. Look at the manual for the other one, it may do the job you need.

But if nothing heats but it appears to work, it's probably the magnetron failed. Ensuring it's unplugged, open the cabinet. Likely to be spade terminals that can come off with vibration, or (if it's never worked,) not connected correctly. NEVER run the microwave without it's covers on.

Yes, I can help. It's the same as in our F60. Go on Argos, put Russell Hobbs 800w in the search & there's a PDF link at the bottom to the manual.

Until this trip, I've had all the booklets & manuals that came with the van. We knew how to use the microwave, but I wanted to see what the pre-programmed functions were, so went in search of it. I never in a million years thought that it might be on Argos .

The fix was certainly simple !

We had no manual at all, so having pressed all the buttons in many different orders, we could make it turn the turntable for differing times, but we could not make it heat anything
Jo-jo's manual had very clear instructions about how to set and confirm the power level, then set and confirm the time to cook.
Just a simple case of knowing what to do in the right order
