Any funsters that could help with transporting a set of silver screens from the Beverley area East Yorkshire somewhere down south?

Hopefully all sorted, I should be taking possession next week all being well then wrapping it up ... Poor Martin hasn't experienced my wrapping skills ... He'll need Krypton Factor ability to get into it!

Are you and my sister related, kids hated her christmas presents, by the time they got into them they had lost the will to live
I try to get my own back when sending anything to her, but don't have that amount of patience.

Nah I'm not THAT cruel! Mind, we used to have some fun with the neighbour's kids (they were JW's so we used to buy them early new year presents so they didn't miss out), we used to get a big boxes, and put something in it, then another box & put something in that, etc, etc, the parents loved it as it kept them occupied for ages rummaging around in the wrapping they'd ripped off trying to see if they'd missed anything!

Oh there was the time when my SIL's kids & step-kids were getting a bit old for presents as they preferred cash so one year we got them a large Kitkat each and sliped some cash (notes) in underneath the outer wrapper ... late on Christmas morning we got a call from SIL asking why we'd only given them Kitkats ... none of them had scoffed them and discovered the dosh!
