Another run to the sun 🌞

Had 3 nights in Roquetas, back to Almerimar this morning for the dentist, 2 white fillings for €90 would have bee £300 at home so I may register with them and come every 6 months 😀

After that we've moved to Almeria, is pi55ing down so nothing much to report as we are stuck in the van but weather looking fine and sunny for the next week and apart from 1 day travelling this is the first rain we've had.

Went to the car park behind repsol garage but didn't like that much so moved over the road to a new development where roads are built but no buildings. Only a night stop but we have a sea view so it will do.

It’s certainly something to think about as I can get flights to Alicante from Newquay very cheaply and getting work done at a dentist makes it a viable option…🤔
Not something i planned but one had come out and she said the tooth next door could do with one so do I want them done together. Dental nurse speaks English, I thing the dentist did too but declined to do so.

Bit of shopping at mercadona we have moved to the beach at Vera. Sun is out so a chance to sit out and I will deploy the portable solar later to help top up batteries whilst using the slow cooker, may even get enough to run the fridge 😀

We are right along the beach under the blue dot.

Moved on to Lorca to the CCP Aire. Not the most salubrious but we needed services and its still €1 a night including EHU so I'm actually saving money being here.

We came here last year and it's a lovely town. Needed a haircut so can recommend Roland RV if anyone else needs one, just over the main road leftfrom Mercadona where we got a bit of shopping.

Moved on to Puerto Mazzaron, very warm had to break out the sun cream. Even saw a couple of butterflies out.

Stopped behind Lidl, not scenic but practical, both camper stops full till March.

15 minutes walk to the action, going to try Gran Mundo tomorrow but it has very mixed reviews on Google and Trip Advisor but a few on here have been and like so if it's crap it's your fault 🤣🤣🤣

We stayed here for 2 nights just before Christmas and really enjoyed the town, the Aire is ideal for a city visit and at €1 a night you can’t beat that.

I recommend spanish dentists, been using them for the last 12 years.

Had a lot of work done at Almoradi at a very good price. 👍
Yes, I too recommend Spanish dentists (43 years using them), but be careful as a lot of them are not Spanish rather Cuban, and albeit they are quite good, they are not doctors as there is no requirement for dentists in Cuba to study medicine.

Well Gran Mundo was fine, very busy with a queue outside (we were straight in) and the man who was cooking was extremely hot.

Food was good though we didn't find any sauces to go on the cooked fish.

Buffet could of been a bit hotter but all edible and tasty.

Had some washing to do so moved on towards Cartegena, just a camperstop in amongst the almond trees.

Our neighbours, little and large 🤣🤣🤣
