Another Newbie

Hi everyone!

I am another newbie here. We have finally (After 8 years)! bought a motorhome. (Woohoo).

We will collect next weekend our 1987 Mercedes 207D Autotrail.

We have borrowed from our friends their B class Hymer with U lounge (Which i fell in love with!) and spent two weeks in Scotland and then their Laika for a long weekend again apent in Scotland. But alas it was time to part with our money and get our own!!

Unfortunately as with everything we do , our purchase has not gone smoothly and we are awaiting the V5 to arrive before we complete but i am hopeful that all will be well and we will hit the road for a couple of weeks before the end of October!!

I have read a few hints and tips on the forum and it looks great so in advance - thanks for your help and advice and see you out there!

I am now just hoping and praying all works out and away we go - finally!!

Am trying to convince OH to go to NEC to have alook around and check things out so hopefully will get there!
