Morning all As anyone got any ideas of how to display Angles Mort stickers I don't really want to stick them on the paintwork because of possible paint damage

Some small plastic suckers. You will need to cut a small hole at 4 corners to push the sucker through

We've been in France for most of the 55 days we've been in the EU and very few vehicles have them on from all countries, from MHs to trucks, buses etc, so most aren't bothered about them.

We are registered over 3500kg and haven't got them, totally stupid idea, why would a cyclist, pedestrian etc read a sticker on the side of a vehicle when they don't even notice the vehicle in the first place?!

Ok, so vans @3500 kgs and under don’t need them but F‘in great vehicles do. So does that mean the French can’t see them? There’s a mahoosive big truck in front of you and you only know it’s there because it’s got a sticker on it?

That’s correct Paul. You will see the Yellow Sticker before you see the vehicle. If you pull alongside a large vehicle when riding a pushbike, you will know it’s a large vehicle because it will display a yellow sticker.

Personally, I think the Angles Mort signs are more for entertaining kids. When we were younger, we used to try to work out what model cars were ie: 2.0L Ghia Capri or 2.0L S or was it a 3.0L.

Now kids sit on bridges watching motorhomes pass by guessing if it’s below 3.5t or above 3.5t because it’s got yellow stickers on it. I leave mine off to fox them 😂😂😂

Ah, but ... We look like a max 3500kg MH so can sneak down 3500kg max roads etc 😄 (we probably don't weigh more than that at present anyway), if we had the stickers on we couldn't be sneaky. 😆
