Why not look at both, and see what you think.

We have booked to look a both. Because of our job we only get a limited time off and because of our location Van's can be a few miles away so plan was is to try and go and have 2/3 days travelling looking at Van's. So over the next few days may hog this forum sorry in advance

Sorry you don't see any benefit from taking family members out in your MH.
We have a four berth MH with five seat belts and we enjoy taking three of the grandkids out to places like Poolsbrook Country park and Clumber Park for a day out in the countryside and have a picnic meal outside or round the table inside if the weather isn't too good.
With only two seatbelts we couldn't do that.
Everyone to their own ......

We invited the grandchildren, but bought them a tent as sadly I am allergic to small children

Could be a reason for that
