shame hull-zeebrugge was axed (after ports of Dubai took the Govs money for a while first)
I agree. That was my regular ferry route for over 10 years - dropping down and following the Franco-Belgian border to Luxembourg then A8/A13 through Germany to Zweibrucken before heading off through the Vosges du Nord to an overnight at Haguenau. Then, on Day 2, crossing the Rhine at Baden-Baden and heading down the B500 Schwarzwaldhochstrasse and on into Switzerland.
If that ferry route still existed I might have seriously to consider eating my words about never using P&O again!!!

It will be interesting to see how long the Rotterdam route stays open
