Does any one know if the motorhome aire in Amsterdam is still there. It was a paid for aire was all fenced in, then you had to walk to the free ferry which took you to central station.

I believe City Aire is now closed

Closed about 3 years ago, flats now built on the land

Stop on the marina at Naarden 20 min bus ride into Amsterdam CCP site

Shame that. It was handy for getting in to the city.
I agree, we enjoyed it there but believe it was always earmarked for development. The Aire was only a temporary revenue collector until the land redevelopment started.
Camping Zeebrug have upgraded again and now offer larger pitches and the option to pre book your selected pitch, but at a cost of course. Expensive site but great for the city.

We stopped there back in March, either a 10 minute walk over the bridge to the tram or about a tenner in an Uber back from Dam Square area.

Second Camping Zeeburg. The tram is very near the entrance so very handy.
