Currently in Croatia, just starting to head back North towards Italy and whilst having our breakfast outside of Zadar this morning, this pops up on my Google newsfeed.

So, that was the decision made for where to stay tomight

Got here, there's only 13 pitched up so far, even on our acsi pitch, we've got a good view of the water

The facilities are 5 star, hotel quality, except there's no soap dish/hanger, and the back end of the site isn't quite finished.
But, a bonus is the washing machine is free, so done two loads already

Had a good wander around, it's not even half finished, the showers and washing facilities are 1st class, the shop is open, and reasonably priced but closes at 3pm, there's a café and restaurant open too.
The beach front bar/restaurant opens in 10 days time, the main pool is no where near opening, but the infinity pool looks open, going to try and use it tomorrow.

Oh, and the free WiFi is excellent

I believe that'll be for the guests of the chalet accommodation!

Mind you, the wagon's, the tele handlers and the general construction traffic is all using the same roads at the moment!

This is the simplified map of the site.
ACSI card pitches are zones 10, the cheap seats, they aren't finished, we're in zone 11, the superior pitches, terraced so you can have a view.
There were only 14 of us here last night, 3 on the front row with the swimming pools that I didn't see any of them using, the rest of us I presume are all ACSI card holders as we're all in the same few rows.

And, look how big the holiday chalet areas are - massive!
There's only one toilet block finished, the one in the middle of zone 11, and as I've mentioned it's beautiful, and there's an attendant working non-stop cleaning it every time you leave.
I'm OK with the building site, it's a busmans holiday for me, but I've got issues with some of the design, the wash room sinks for example, they are automatic, you can't control the temperature and there's no plug, making cleaning your teeth after a shower with luke warm water unpleasant, and conversely, wet shaving in luke warm water, urgh.

I can imagine that in a year's time, when it's all finished, and everything is planted up, as long as it remains clean, it will be a superb site

Well, left early this morning after showering and doing another load of washing, total cost for two nights, including all taxes, €60!

Well worth it
