Alternative methods for securing motorhome on driveway

Good Evening

I’m looking for information and opinions on a driveway security post or similar. We are considering keeping our motorhome on the drive instead of £60 a month storage.
Would like some kind of lockable structure that goes into the ground?
Or would you suggest another method of security, at a similar cost. We already have a steering wheel disk lock.

does that include the Milenco triple one !

I have not tried them personally BUT, some years ago when I had a caravan, while Site Sitting as Security for one of the National Clubs, a neighbouring site had 3, nearly new, caravans stolen using this method.

At that same time, I was also surprised to find out that, caravans in storage at any of the club's sites were not covered by the club's insurance, which is the reason why the club insists that every caravan etc, has their own insurance.

Surely a stolen m/h would trigger the ANPR as these folk wouldn't be able to tax and insure a stolen m /h.

they take them out to eire on false plates ,ring them & can then tax,insure on irish plates.
