Hi All

I am trying to organize a meet In Northumberland !

Alnwick Rugby club has been suggested by a few people ,and it is currently available. Most want the end of June or early July. So the best date to satisfy most is the first weekend in July!!

I will provisionally book the 1st & 2nd of July for 15 vans . Please leave names and how many in party if your up for it. There is space available if you want to get there earlier in the week.

There is only ten hook ups available but most should manage without for 2 nights.

I Have got a great discount for 12 vans + so we need to reach that amount,£8.00 per night for ten with hook up and £6 without for 2 ,there's only one without left . The site warden has told me the is the Northunberland C& C club booked the same weekend on a separate pitch so it'll be a good night in the club house.

This is hard trying to fit everybody's dates shall we go later ie end JUly ??

hook up only 2 pounds a night ?? so dosnt really matter.

Have stayed there in the past. It is an easy walk into Alnwick. We will hopefully be away so unfortunately will have to give it a miss.

For sure it is hard, nigh impossible to meet everyone's needs.:cry:

For us, we will be away for 2 weeks over easter, May is totally, free. I have to work most of June & July and in august we will go to France for 3 or 4 weeks....

So simply I just have may and sept available.

But many thanks to you and well done for taking the lead on this, :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

Hopefully we will meet up somewhere along the line...:Cool:

Ive had to take a chance and book all 10 EHU as theirs another meet on at same location by the c&c club but there on another pitch. To make sure we would all get the same spot together,I booked all 10 ? I'm hoping we will use them all :Doh::Doh:if not its an extra £2.00 per pitch for unused.But theirs enough room for plenty more without ,we can fill up the ten first and over-spill without maybe !!. ill sort it on day as it'll not break the bank either way.:thumb::thumb:Alan

This being my first Fun meet is it necessary to book direct with Alnwick Rugby Club then confirm with the organising Funster or do we just have to let you know we will be attending ?????

Just let us know your definitely coming and whether u want a hook up and ill add your name pay on arrival :thumb::BigGrin::BigGrin: Alan This is my first meet too,well itll be my second by time this happens,this is what its all about looking forward to meeting everybody..
