Aire Space; How do you like yours?

On a location with clearly marked bays, do you park:

  • Pretty much slap bang in the middle between the marked lines

  • Biased to one side to give more/max room for your habitation door

It was bad enough trying to find a photo for my previous post ... you wouldn't believe what comes up when you do a search for PVC big bottom  ... but then again, seeing as you've put the above link on, maybe you would!!! :giggle:

1 it's an aire which is basically an overnight stop so why worry as long as you can get in or out your van.
2 drive in or reverse depending on which side your neighbours hab door is.
3 if you have a LHD one side and RHD toss a coin ???
Some of the Aires in Spain are not just an overnight spot. We try and park on the end of a row, if possible. We like this Aire and had nearly a week on it last year.

you just looked in favourites :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

We have not come across many marked ones, but where we have they have usually been fore-and-aft, which I find is best for everybody as you can all park facing whichever way suits.

The one Stellplatz I can remember having bays has been no problem as in 4-5 visits we have been the only MH there.

As long as there's one space left it's not a problem to me as long as it's not near the dump point!!!
