Air Fryer

This is a 1.5kg fresh chicken, cooked yesterday to perfection in 45 minutes. I turned it over two thirds of the way through cooking.

I thoughtabout buying an air fryer but I'm not sure I'd use one. Are they noisy? If I took one in the MoHo, I'd have to use it outside and wouldn't want to annoy any neighbours.

(Please don't tell me to cook inside. I can't stand the smell of food cooking!)

It's noisy. but like your good lady's expensive makeup, it's worth it!

Hmm, ok. But I'm a girl and don't have a good lady. I have a good man but he doesn't wear makeup, let alone the expensive type. In any event, it sounds like it would annoy the neighbours when we're in our MoHo so I think I'll pass on getting one. Thank you, anyway :)

How quickly do these things cook stuff? At 1Kw it's going to give batteries a hammering if off grid.
1Kw is a very low powered one, more like 1.4Kw
IMO a fabulous cooking gadget but not really suitable for off grid use.
